Drug and Alcohol Collection Bookings

If you are an existing customer with an active account, you can book a prearranged collection via the form below. The Duty Manager will acknowledge your booking within 24 hours of submission.

Please note:

  • We require at least two working days’ notice for all prearranged collections. A working day is Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5.00pm), excluding bank and public holidays.
  • For all for cause / short notice requirements, bookings must be made by calling our booking line on 01873 856771.
